This website is deliberately built to be lean. It does not use any analytics or advertising services. The only external content is the Google Maps map — it loads only if you consent.

What happens when you open the site
When you open these pages, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server that hosts this website — IP address, date and time, the file requested, browser and operating system. This data is recorded in the server logs, is used to keep the site running securely and is not combined with any other data. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are created at the hosting provider and deleted there after a short time; they are not analysed.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The server logs described above are created there. Vercel has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework principles, and additionally names standard contractual clauses for transfers. Fonts
The fonts used (Marcellus, Archivo, Spectral) are held on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is established.
Consent (cookie banner)
On your first visit a notice asks which categories you allow: necessary (always active), external media (Google Maps), statistics and marketing. Statistics and marketing are not in use at present; they would only become active with your consent. Your choice is stored only in your browser’s storage (localStorage), not on a server, and applies until you change it or clear your browser storage. You can change or withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
Map
The map on the Contact and Home pages only loads once you have consented to “External media” or clicked “Load map”. Until then there is no connection to Google. Loading it transfers data — in particular your IP address — to Google Ireland Limited, whose privacy policy applies. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings”.
Film
The film in the header and on the studio page is likewise held on our own server. No video platform is embedded.
Contact form
When you submit the form on the contact page, the website sends your details (name, email, telephone if given, subject, message and the language of the page) by email to roland.perathoner@gmail.com. It uses the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. A short confirmation goes to your address – without your message. Nothing is stored on the website itself; Resend keeps sent messages only briefly in its sending log. A field that is invisible to people keeps automated spam submissions out. Resend privacy policy
Enquiries by email or telephone
If you write or call, your details are stored in order to handle the enquiry, for as long as this is necessary to answer it and to deal with any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
